GROWING

The two sisters Katie and Lucy are in full swing. Laden with fruits and fighting for space in the poly tunnels. Plenty of chocolate scorpions ripening up and outdoor soil grown plants are following slowly behind.

 

Our busy times will now start and are hoping for a bumper harvest this year. We are ready to start more new ferments and will be showcasing some of the best varieties of chillies on offer. Can't wait!

Homemade with locally grown fresh herbs & chillies, green olive,caper and shallot. Perfect with fish, grilled meats and salads.

SPICY PICKLED COURGETTE

Homemade with locally grown courgette, fresh scotch bonnet, organic apple cider vinegar and fresh turmeric.
