Enjoyed collecting green, red, yellow, black etc etc chillies for this sauce. Crazy explosion of flavours. Can’t put my finger on any particular chillies but to included a mix of NuMex Twilight, Dorset Naga, Scoprions, Carolina Reapers, Pink Tiger, Chocolate Habanero, Chocolate Naga, Thai Green Curry, Poblano, Jalapeno, Habanero, Cayenne, Fresno and many many more. Slow but sure heat and they tingle on your bottom lip. Fermented sicne last year. Great individuality in this sauce - proper chilli grower sauce, packed with layers of flavours!
Chillies 50%, Organic Apple Cider Vinegar, Spring Water, Onion, Garlic, Sea Salt, Stabiliser Xanthan Gum.
Once opened keep in fridge and consume within 6 weeks. Shake well before use.
