Chocolate Habanero, Chocolate Scorpion and Chocolate Reaper. Small batch, superhot and really special to make. Three great chillies undiluted with other varieties. Exploding with real hot and vivid flavour slowly creeping in depth and staying right there. Stirring into that bolognese sauce for heat and richness is awesome.

"It creeps up and hits the front of the mouth. It coats the tongue and a nice consistency – fine and not granular. A deep stewed soft fruit flavour and hints of smokiness. It’s a pleasant sauce and VERY hot."

Once opened keep in fridge and consume within 6 weeks. Shake well before use.
