By fermenting red chillies and garlic in authentic Hong Kong soy sauce, we have created the most divine dipping sauce into which anything can be dipped. From spring rolls to spareribs, tofu to scrambled eggs. Rich umami flavours that will accompaniment almost any style of cooking.

Ingredients:
Chillies, Organic Apple Cider Vinegar, Spring Water, Garlic, Soy Sauce (Wheat, Soya), Sea Salt, Sichuan Peppercorn, Xanthan Gum.

Once opened keep in fridge and consume within 6 weeks. Shake well before use. As we do not add preservatives, natural colour may change over time.

Really impressed by this, you get the chilis and the garlic coming through nicely with the soy adding that little umami loveliness. Great for as a sauce, for dipping, I've been using it as a marinade.
