Order weighs 2kg or over it will be sent via Hermes 2-3 days delivery.

Returns & Refunds
If you are not satisfied with your product/s please contact us first. We will organise with you to return the UNUSED product/s within 7 working days. We will fully refund the price of the product/s. We will not pay for the return postage unless the goods are faulty. We recommend if you do wish to return goods that you obtain a proof of postage.
In the unlikely event that your goods arrived faulty or damaged, please take a PHOTO of it straight away and inform us immediately so that we can replace them in accordance with your statutory rights.
