Free Delivery around Weymouth

We offer free delivery around Weymouth area for order £12 or over.

Delivery fee will be £2.50 for order less than £12.

UK Mainland Delivery

Order weighs under 2kg it will be sent by Royal Mail 2nd Class 2-4 business days delivery or 1st Class 1-2 business days delivery.

Order weighs 2kg or over it will be sent via DHL next day delivery.

We will do our best to dispatch your delivery the same day or following working day. Working days are Monday to Friday not including bank holidays.

0-2kg £3.50 including packing, posting and £20 insurance with Royal Mail 2nd Class 2-4 days delivery.

2-5kg £6.50 including packing, posting and £20 insurance with DHL next day delivery.

5-10kg £7 including packing, posting and £20 insurance with DHL next day delivery.

10-15kg £9 including packing, posting and £20 insurance with DHL next day delivery.

Free delivery if your order is over £75 is valid on orders to UK mainland addresses only.

Returns & Refunds

If you are not satisfied with your product/s please contact us first. We will organise with you to return the UNUSED product/s within 7 working days. We will fully refund the price of the product/s. We will not pay for the return postage unless the goods are faulty. We recommend if you do wish to return goods that you obtain a proof of postage.

In the unlikely event that your goods arrived faulty or damaged, please take a PHOTO of it straight away and inform us immediately so that we can replace them in accordance with your statutory rights.
