I used a jar to marinade some Korean style cut beef short ribs adding some Mirin into the mix before letting them sit for 24h. Cooked over very hot coals, served with kimchi rice and pak-choi they tasted as good as some I devoured in S. Korea. I'll definitely be buying again.

Szechuan mushroom oil is insanely good. I put it in my stirfries but have also found that it works well in pasta dishes. Delicious!

Bought this at Bath market. I mix it with extra virgin olive oil for a shot of happiness every morning. It is heaven in a bottle.

I've been buying chilli sauce from Mikka and David for a few years now and I keep coming back to this one. No artificial preservatives, no added sugar, a medium heat that will accompany anything, and a flavour that's amazing - so far removed from your supermarket / mass market brands!

This hot sauce is by far the best ive ever consumed. Just made a vegetarian chilli amd the flavour is perfect.. also great with nuggets and halluomi ! A great find at the food show and must share how well this has been made!

Had this as a present, would never have found it otherwise. Really good sauce, it has bags of flavour and somehow isn't 'blow-yer-head-off' hot. Best chilli sauce I've had.
