Vegan XO Sauce/ MILD
Hong Kong’s famous “bit-on-the-side”. Rich umami taste of shiitake mushroom, Chinese Chinkiang black vinegar, soy sauce, garlic and a touch of chilli. This vegan variety enriches any dish and is exceptional with rice, noodles, stir-fries or eggs, the list is endless.
 
Fun fact: XO sauce was developed in Hong Kong in the 80s, named after XO (extra old) cognac for its luxurious high quality. It contains no cognac and it is not really a sauce but chunky like a relish.
