Grilled Pork Cutlet with Moo Glaze

Serves 4

Cooking Time 10 mins


1 Pot Cooked Egg Noodles

Juice of 1 Lime

1 Red Pepper Thinly Sliced

20ml Soy Sauce

20ml Rapeseed or Olive Oil

1 Red Onion Chopped

1 Brunch Spring Onion Chopped

1 Small Brunch Coriander Chopped

1 Red Chilli Chopped (optional)

4 Pork Chops/Cutlets or Pork Belly Slices

Salt and pepper to season


  1. Season and cook the pork in a frying pan, griddle or under the grill approx 3/4 min each side.​

  2. Slice and prepare all other ingredients.

  3. Mix everything together with prepared egg noodles served cold along with the soy and rapeseed oil.

  4. Leave pork to rest for 5 mins then pour any juices into the noodles.

  5. Toss the noodles divide between plates and place pork on top.

  6. Serve with extra wedge of lemon or lime and a large spoon of Moo Glaze. Enjoy!
