Ingredients
400ml Tomato Juice
100ml Grey Goose Vodka
20ml Tio Pepe Sherry
30ml Lemon Juice
30ml Lea & Perrins Worcestershire Sauce
Few shakes Weymouth 51 Chilli Sauce
1 tsp Celery Salt
1 tsp Horseradish Sauce
Pinch Black Pepper
Ice, to serve
2 Celery Sticks, to serve
2 Lemon Wedges, to serve
Method
Mix tomato Juice, vodka, sherry, lemon juice and ice in a large jug.
Add Worcestershire Sauce, chilli sauce, horseradish sauce, celery salt and black pepper. Stir gently.
Top with ice and garnish with lemon wedge dusted with black pepper and celery shaving.
